Travel Information

Three area airports serve the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area: BWI (Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International), DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National), and IAD (Washington-Dulles). Traffic depending, BWI is an appr. 50 minute drive or 20 minute train (Amtrak or Marc) ride to downtown DC; DCA is an appr. 20 minute drive or Metro train ride to downtown DC; and IAD is an appr. 50 minute ride to downtown DC. The Amtrak train stops at Washington Union Station, which is appr. 10 minutes from the hotel (as always, traffic depending).

Hotel Accommodations

The Washington Plaza Hotel is located conveniently in downtown Washington, DC, just five blocks from the White House East Wing and walking distance from several major attractions. The site was host to the inaugural ball for President John F. Kennedy. Early registration through Jan. 12; 

late registration Jan. 13 - Feb. 11. 

If you end up unable to attend after registration, full refund (minus $25 handling fee) up until February 2, 2018.  After that date, no refunds.
